From the Kitchen: Aunt Judy's Special Sandwiches

Awhile ago I posted a recipe on Twitter to my Aunt Judy's homemade special sandwiches, and I got a lot of requests to post the recipe on here. These delicious bite sized snacks are wonderful as a meal in itself, or if you have company coming over, who are always raiding your fridge like mine, are great as a quick satisfying bite. Know you have to prepare them a night in advance, but the extra prep time means nothing, because these are totally worth it! Perfect for birthday parties, holidays, and even baby showers. So good that the expecting mama will probably thank you in the end. See below for the recipe. Bon appetit'!

3 packs of King’s Hawaiian rolls
1lb. Sliced Roast Beef
½ lb. Sliced Provolone
1lb. Sliced Ham
½ lb. Sliced Swiss
1lb. Sliced Turkey
½ lb. Colby Jack
1 stick of butter
1 tablespoon Onion Flakes
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Prepare Sandwiches: Cut rolls in halves, and build sliders: roast beef and provolone, ham and swiss, and turkey and colby jack. Or in any variation you desire. Place in 3 glass pans.

Prepare Sauce: Melt and mix butter, onion flakes, dijon mustard, poppy seeds and Worcestershire sauce in saucepan or metal bowl on the stove over low heat.

Drizzle sauce over sandwiches with a brush, cover with tinfoil, and place in fridge overnight.

The following day, cook sandwiches uncovered at 350 degrees, for 30-45 minutes, or until cheese has melted and sandwiches are toasted.
