You're Making me Blush!

As most of you know, my love for make up is no surprise. I love to experiment with new products, and I'm always in search for the next new thing that I can't live without. Some of those products I am loving lately are those in the blush category. I truly believe you are never fully dressed without some BLUSH! It is one of the steps to my make up I just can't skip. Here are my top 3 blush products:

1. NARS Foreplay Palette - I love this palette for so many reasons. Not only are the colors amazing, but each color seems to highlight my face in just the right way. The main blush I use on the apples of my cheeks. I use the golden shimmer right above the corner cheekbone to add an extra glow. And when I'm in an extra fun mood, I like to mix the left side colors, to add just a little pop of pink. It really gives you a great mix of shades that you probably would never pick out just browsing in a store, and they all complement each other very nicely.

2. MAC Mineralize Blush - This was something I came across in the store. It is the perfect blush to put right under your cheekbones. I actually like to use this with my bronzer. It's dark enough to use as a bronzer, but light enough to work like a blush. And with the built in shimmer, it gives you a luminous, pearlized effect without being too "glittery".

3. Smashbox O-Glow - I recently just purchased this product, and I immediately fell in love. I actually love all the Smashbox O-Glow line (they have lip gloss, and plumper as well). The magic ingredient is called Goji Berry-C Complex. Yeah I said the same thing. I have no clue what it is, but what it does is pretty cool. It's actually an intuitive gel that comes out clear, but when applied to your face turns the perfect shade of pink that goes with any skin complexion. On me, it turns a Barbie pink which doesn't sound cute, but actually is.
